Refund Policy

The client can communicate the decision to return an item acquired online through the email and phone numbers present in our web site's contact information. This communication must be done within 14 days after the item's delivery. Once the client communicates the wish to return an item, there is a maximum period of 14 days to return it.

The cliente may return any items that are accompanied by their original packaging, as long as the items and the packaging are still in the same condition they were sold in.

The refund for the returned items will be made within 14 days after the client expresses the wish to return those items. The client must pay for any shipping expenses associated with the return.
